Program Evaluation is an important component of a professional development program. We conduct program evaluation to continuously inform and improve the design and delivery of the Schools Attuned Program by evaluating both the quality of facilitators and the design of the curriculum. We also do program evaluation to insure consistency of the experience throughout the world, to determine changes in teacher practice (decisions, attitudes, instructional practices), and to identify the impact of those changes on student outcomes. Lastly, program evaluation identifies trends that may then be further investigated through independent impact research.

Since the piloting and field-testing of the Schools Attuned Program, All Kinds of Minds has collected annual program evaluation data from participants regarding its value and usefulness in changing teaching and school practices.
