Many students have a hard time doing their best at all times
during the day. They sometimes do a great job, and
sometimes their work is not as good as it could
be. You can do a self-check to find out how consistent
you are during the day by filling out a Consistency
Log.
DIRECTIONS:
- To start, fill in the chart
with the days classes or activities.
- After each class or activity,
mark the box that best describes how you did.
- If you think you did a great
job
check Great.
- If you think you did a good
job
check Good.
- If you dont think you
did a good job
check Not So Good.
