REACHING PARENTS
Clinicians’ direct work with students and consultation with teachers and
parents provides an opportunity to have a positive, supportive influence that
reaches far beyond the walls of the classroom. All Kinds of Minds is committed
to providing resources, such as the online Parent
Toolkit and Tip Sheets, to
help clinicians support parents whose children are struggling in school.
PARENT TOOLKIT
The online Parent Toolkit is designed to give parents, caregivers, and
educators a better understanding of learning processes, insights into
difficulties, and strategies for responding on the subjects of attention, math,
reading, and writing. The Parent Toolkit is available to the general public at
no cost. To learn more, visit the Parent
Toolkit.
Consider the following strategies for sharing the Parent Toolkit with parents.
TIP SHEETS
These one-page helpful hint handouts were created just for parents. Each Tip
Sheet covers a school-related topic and provides practical tips to help parents
support their children at home. Click on a link below to begin sharing these

UNDERSTANDING ALL KINDS OF MINDS
All Kinds of Minds is pleased to share Understanding All Kinds of Minds, a
program designed to develop an alliance between parents and other caregivers,
educators, and children to support success in school and at home.
The three primary components of Understanding All Kinds of Minds are All Kinds
of Minds Fairs, Learning about Learning Workshops, and the online Parent
Toolkit. The Fairs and Workshops serve as implementation tools for educators
who participate in the Schools Attuned Program. For more information about the
Fairs and Workshops, visit
Understanding All Kinds of Minds.
