Ready to seize the day and prepare for a successful transition from high school to college?

Our Prep for Success program will help ease your shift by providing guidance from expert coaches and your own personalized support coach.

Summer Bridge, July 26 – September 2, 2023

The Summer Bridge is designed to build your familiarity with the online structures used by most colleges while stocking your Prep for Success Toolbox with foundational skills, familiarity with your college campus and academic support, and strategies for community building and emotional support.  Summer Bridge features a series of learning modules, weekly live group sessions, and weekly individual check-ins with your support coach.

Each week will kick off with a Live Group Session, highlighting the featured topic for the week.

The Learning Modules accompany the Live Group Session. These Modules are completed on your own, using Canvas, the most commonly used college Learning Management System (LMS).

Weekly Individual Check-ins provide you the opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and concerns, and tap personalized resources.

Fall Support, September 2, 2023 – January 31, 2024

Fall Support features monthly live group sessions, personalized weekly text check-ins, and bi-weekly individual check-ins with your support coach.
